FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

Delivery of photographic paper framed prints is only available to areas within Cooma, Jindabyne, Thredbo & Perisher districts (New South Wales) - this is due to the glass content in the frames.
Delivery of unframed photographic paper prints, canvas framed, and canvas unframed prints, is available within Australia. For International delivery please send requested destination for quote.

Delivery time
All prints are individually printed to order. Every print has to be inspected so some delays can occur. Prints are delivered 2-4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Packaging
Every print is suitably packed and guaranteed to reach its destination in good order. In the unlikely event that damage does occur in transit, we will have the print collected from you and replaced with a new one, at no additional charge to you.

Freight
All prints are fully insured from our door to yours.

PRINT QUALITY

Prints on photographic paper
Paper stock is Super Gloss / Fujiflex. Fujiflex Crystal Archive Printing Material 2 is a PET-based, optimised material for the professional colour printing of salon and commercial photographs where excellent smoothness and flatness are of paramount importance.

Prints on canvas
Top grade quality canvas is chosen for our prints coupled with independently tested archival inks that will last 75 years without fading. Prints are sprayed with a laminate that provides protection against fading, moisture and dust.

Mat boards
All matt boarders are acid free.

Creamy colour, slight textured look

FRAMING INFORMATION FOR PRINTS ON CANVAS

Canvas prints are carefully stretched over 40mm x 30mm profiled timber frames. The canvas is then securely stapled to the frame. The edge of the canvas is then taped to the frame to protect against dust, and insert hanging hardware (cord and eyelets) is attached so you can put your print straight on the wall.

Prints are either wrapped around the edges of the frame (as shown in the picture above), or room for an artificial border is made to allow for the full image to be shown on the front of the wrapped canvas (as shown below).
